Job Description
Business Development Manager will oversee the management of strategic partners to propel Lazada’s business objectives. With a strong business and marketing acumen, this candidate will engage in negotiations with new and existing partners (across multiple industries, with key focuses on the banking and digital sectors) and see through the end-to-end for project management with multiple stakeholders/business functions.
Job Description
Manage and retain ongoing partnerships & projects, including but not limited to partners from banking, and digital industries.
Identify new opportunities to support Lazada user growth.
Use Data dashboards extensively to facilitate reporting.
Manage internal team & work closely with cross-functional teams (commercial, traffic, finance, legal, customer experience, etc) to see through the end-to-end partnerships.
Perform data analytics to provide interpretation, insights and recommendations coming from multiple datasets to identify strategic opportunities.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Enthusiasm for e-commerce and its opportunities, relevant experience in technology industry is a plus.
Preferably 1-3 years of working experience in a similar role
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work under pressure whilst delivering on multiple ongoing projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
