Responsibilities
· Responsible for Brand's day to day
· Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
· Analyze and report on brand performance
· Monitor market and consumer trends
· Product Development, develop pricing and distribution strategies
· Create,implement and monitoring brand objective, marketing plan and strategy
· Managing the store performance to achieve the target
· Manage monthly promotions for the brand and organize special promotions
· Analyzing sales figure and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits
· Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control and sales
· Managing and motivating teams to increase sales and ensure efficiency
· To maintain communication and submit reports to the brand principal on a regular basis
· Implement cross selling activities and marketing related activities
Qualifications :
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
· Minimum 3 years relevant experience in brand management or similar position, preferably from Cosmetic / skincare/ retail industry
· Excellent communication skills, well-organized, able to constantly follow up projects Possesses high level of analytical/intellectual ability, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills, highly committed, energetic, strong leadership skills
· Creative, attention to details, willing to share ideas, pro-active, able to suggest solutions/alternatives
· Computer literacy
