  • Maintain vendor database
  • Maintain good relationship with vendor
  • Effectively communicate with all IT unit and other related parties
  • Manage on-boarding, replacement and exit vendor process
  • Performance of vendors
  • Involve in tender process Tracking and monitoring progress
Contract Management
  • Maintain contract database
  • Renew contract before its expired
  • Follow up the agreement till its completed
  • Tracking and monitoring progress
General
  • Vendor Service Level Management
  • Liase with other department and other IT unit to meet the process timeline
  • Periodic reporting (weekly and monthly)
  • Compliance to Procurement and Vendor Policy
Lead and coaching staff
  • Do performance management Plan for staff training
