A new pre-school in Pererenan, Bali is looking for several Preschool Teachers (full-time/part-time)

Responsibilities:

Able to warmly treat the kids and parents while able to divide the kids into groups based on their age
Assist lesson planning, classroom schedule, room arrangement, program events, food service, and cooking activity
To maintain and promote feelings of trust and positive relations with the families
To maintain the school environment looking fresh while promoting good hygiene skills
Attend all staff meetings and trainings scheduled
Maintain confidentiality regarding all personal information of children, families and staff
Maintain a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in education especially in the ‘Reggio Emilia Approach’
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Indonesian citizen
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Diploma or degree in teaching is a plus (not required)
Experience in teaching or taking care of children
Love for children, passion for teaching, and willingness to grow
Interest in sustainability and animal care
Strong interpersonal skills including ability to work and communicate effectively with a diverse population
Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members, to accept supervision and to help promote a positive environment
Friendly, inviting, self-motivated, even-tempered and adaptable
No criminal record or child-related offences
Familiar with the ‘Reggio Emilia Approach’ (or willing to learn)
