As a Junior Partnership Manager for Merchant, you will be handled multiple partnership activities with the goal to assist merchants to grow and expand their businesses. You’ll get the opportunity to negotiate, create, seal, and develop new business models across merchant-facing products under Gojek Group. Working closely with the Data, Research, Marketing, and Product Team, you are expected to be the core vessel to launch and execute initiatives and be part of one of the greater success stories for SMEs in Indonesia!

What You Will Do

Act as the main contact for external partners who wants to collaborate with us (for merchants)
Construct strategic planning, develop and manage key partners to focus on delivering maximum benefit for both sides
Analyze, negotiate and finalize partnership deals in accordance with Gojek Group guidelines and policies
Collaborate across divisions such as the Data and Business Team, to ensure our partnership motions are aligned with Gojek Group directions
Oversee success metrics, tracking and reporting of partnership initiative efforts, including project documentation, partnership outreach plan and cross-function shared budget

What You Will Need

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business Management, or related academic area
At least 4 years of experience working in Marketing, Partnership, Communication, Business Development, Project Management is mandatory. Prior experience in e-commerce or startup companies is a plus point.
Proficiency in both Bahasa and English is required
Data minded person, able to work with basic Excel skills
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Ability to negotiate and deliver presentation in excellent manner
Proven ability to maintain projects and maintain relations with key partners

About the Team Partnership for Merchant will work under the greatest division of Merchant Marketing - filled by a very passionate marketers, consist of 70+ people - horizontally supporting all merchant-facing products under Gojek such as GoFood, GoPay, GoBiz, Moka, GoStore, Selly and Midtrans. We act as a whole, where the contribution of each member is paramount to our overall success.
