Job Description

Location: Indonesia Department: Commercial Location: Indonesia Job Description 1. Perform on-boarding & operation for digital goods seller.
2. Help KAM to acquire new digital goods seller.
3. Assist seller on preparing all documentation needed for on-boarding.
4. Working closely with KAM to ensure seller on-boarding run smoothly to catch time to market.
5. Complaint handling in term of seller-facing and customer-facing. Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree, preferably from Management or Business Administration
  • Excellent analytical/data interpretation into strategies and capabilities
  • Excellent oral/written and platform skills
  • Desire to work in a team environment and foster cross-functional support and learning
  • Fluency in English
