TEAM LEADER DAN TRAINER

Penempatan : Jakarta

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Mengkoordinir seluruh aktifitas Team Call Center

  • Membimbing dan mengembangkan Team Call Center

  • Mempersiapkan report harian dan bulanan Team CC

  • Mempersiapkan dan menyusun modul materi Training sesuai kebutuhan

  • melakukan basic training sesuai kebutuhan klien


    • Kualifikasi :

  • wanita

  • Usia 27 – 32 tahun

  • Pendidikan minimal S1

  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja Leader call center

  • Mampu menggunakan aplikasi komputer MS. Office

  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, kemampuan presentasi

  • Dapat bekerja sama dalam mengelolah team

  • Proaktif, dan berorientasi pada solusi
