Job Description

Develop curriculum to support classroom training and regular refreshment training

Conduct timely constructive feedback and counseling of the trainees

Design and evaluate training material for technical/soft skills training

Arrange and deliver operation training, both for new hire and existing customer services

Responsible for the training administration and report
Diploma or higher degree from a reputable university

At least 1-year experience as a Trainer within the Customer Service area

Get used to Training Need Analysis, Training Design & Development, Training Delivery, Coaching, and Training Evaluation

Excellent communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Driven and motivated

Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
