About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

To manage credit risk policy and governance process effectively

  • Establish, review and update Core/General Credit Policies periodically and always keep it relevance within updated regulation, bank risk appetite and market condition
  • Review relevant procedure and product document proposed by Business Unit and other relevant functions to ensure alignment with the Policy.
  • Managing the operationalization and secretarial services & follow up of Credit Policy Committee (CPC), Credit Management Working Group (CMWG).
  • Monitor and report on selected policy compliances measures e.g. ESG, RAS, credit risk management implementation for quarterly risk profile and other related policy/governance reporting related.
  • Support Business, Credit and other stakeholders by in providing timely feedback/clarification related to the Bank Credit Policy

Job Requirements

  • S1 Minimum
  • At least 5 years of experience in Credit/Banking/Audit
  • Good understanding on regulation related to Credit and banking/credit process.
  • Good in writing, communication, logical, attention to details/thorough person with good conceptual thinking
  • Preferable Omega certified
