Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out supervision and inspection of the works so as to ensure that works are constructed in accordance to contract specifications and drawings.
  • Carry out quality check on the moulds to ensure compliance to drawings and specifications.
  • verify and submit reports on production volume and delivery of building contract to Authority.
  • Carry out random sampling of materials for tests in accordance to drawings and specifications.
  • Check on quality of materials delivered to plant or site and report to Qualified Person.
  • Ensure proper and updated records of all works, including records of tests, inspections, site diary, work progress, approved drawings.
  • Report all non-conformance to Qualified Person

Requirements:

  • RTO must have at least 3 years relevant working experience in precast construction of super-structures or production for building projects.
  • Under the Building Control Act, RTOs shall be accredited with Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary Range

$4200 - 5000 Monthly
