Job Description

PT MONOTARO INDONESIA runs the B-to-B online stores (monotaro.id) that supply indirect materials such as office supplies, various kinds of tools including hand/power/air tools, daily supplies, and others. Many of them can help users to perform Maintenance, Repair & Operation (MRO). monotaro.id online services keep growing with over 2.5 million items.

The IT Engineer will be in charge of supporting users and its IT operations related. You will be responsible to maintain user operations run smoothly in terms of IT perspective, which makes your role crucial for the success of our business.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Adapt to Company technologies.
  • Ensures any given tasks are reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
  • IT support related department or user, according to task.
  • Identifies current system strengths and weaknesses to suggest areas of improvement.
  • Interacting with existing IT team and related users for relevant issues.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System or equivalent (fresh graduate)
  • Organization involvement experience will be an advantage.
  • Have learned at least 1 programming languages
  • Understand Query (SQL)
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Quick learner and challenge enthusiast

Technologies:
  • Programing Language : Python, Java script, PHP, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Script
  • Environment
    • Cloud Environments - Google Cloud Platform, Amazon web service, Oracle Cloud
    • Applications - Magento, Microsoft dynamics, Oracle APEX, Zendesk, New Relic, Zabbix, Mailchimp, Google Marketing tools (GA, GTM) and so on
    • Databases - MySQL, Oracle, Mongo db, Bigquery(GCP), SQL server
    • Middlewares - ElasticSearch, Nginx, Varnish Cache, Redis Cache
    • OS - Linux(Ubuntu), Windows server
