The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Job Description:
  • Build dashboards, self-service tools, and reports to analyse and present data associated with business operations performance (automation) to support key business stakeholders to make data-driven decision in the organisation
  • Define clear and well-scoped requirements documents, including specs and workflows, that is easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy
  • Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements
  • Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion
  • Processing data and information according to guidelines
  • Support on analysis requirements in relation to warehouse automation including but not limited to automation performance, warehouse performance, etc
  • Create supporting material including but limited to deck to present the result of the analysis

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or similar fields
  • 2-4 years of experience preferably as data analyst
  • Strong logical to help collect, measure, organise and analyse data
  • Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, and segmentation
  • Proven ability to work independently, self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Preferably familiar with warehouse processes and automation in warehouse environment
  • Experience in working with many stakeholders
  • Possess a continuous improvement mind-set with good initiative
  • Strong sense of responsibility by taking ownership on any given task
  • Effective communicator preferably active English speaker or able to communicate in English
  • Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Strong process, analytical and project management skills
  • Proficient in operationg Ms. Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willing to be placed in Bogor and mild traveling
