Job Description

  • Lead the EHS risk/impact assessment for non-routine task and routine activities and to recognize and assess potential EHS risks at the design stage of new products, processes and services.
  • Lead the Incident report, investigation and tracking the Incident, data and trend analysis and develop the EHS program to promote, communicate to prevent the Incident and update Incident pyramid.
  • Lead the Emergency preparedness and response by ensure that the SOP, ERT, Emergency plan and equipment are update and well maintain and manage.
  • Report to local government to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations on safety, occupational health and environmental.
  • Support the update the BCP in EHS part and support for BCP Table top exercise and Site Emergency preparedness and response plan.
  • Be the CURVE Site admin for the IM/GS, JSA, CAPA, inspection module etc
  • Develops and maintains procedures related to EHS practices e.g. Contractor safety management, Permit to work system, Machine safety include Energy isolation, Electrical safety, WH safety, PSM, Ergonomics, Noise hearing conservation program, Waste, Water & Waste Water, Air Emission, etc.
  • Conduct the EHS training and other EHS awareness programs for all employees
  • Periodically conduct EHS inspections throughout the plant and office and improve the non-conformance findings to prevent injury/illness
  • Lead to Ensure that we comply the J&J EH&S Standard and Guideline
  • Conduct the EHS training that required by Local law and regulation
  • Support to ensure that achieve J&J corporate safety dashboards and common matrix report as per timeline
  • Lead the preparing the document for EHS Audit, Self-assessment and the monthly report in the scope
  • Be the IOSS for the J&J EHS standard
  • Coordinate for the ISO14001:2015 implementation

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree from Health/Safety/Environmental or Engineering field
  • Possess strong leadership with a good interpersonal skill, Proactive and Growth mindset
  • Excellent/Fluency communications (Written and Speaking in English and the Native Language)
  • Experience more than 2-5 years as EH&S Professional at Pharmaceutical/Chemical/Oil& Gas/ Manufacturing company
  • Experience in the matrix organization and/or International company
  • Certification of Safety expert (Ahli K3) by Ministry of Manpower Indonesia
