Job Description

In your role as Senior Engineer Factory Integration, you will be responsible to lead and manage projects and implementing IT systems for manufacturing.
In your new role you will:
  • Define and design manufacturing IT solutions for semiconductor assembly and test
  • Lead and manage projects and implementation of IT production systems, including rollout to other Backend production sites worldwide
  • Lead in performing analysis, recommendation, and improvement of existing production processes through IT solutions. This includes reengineering and improvement of existing legacy, aging systems
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge in software engineering, equipment automation, factory automation, or manufacturing execution systems (MES) fields, hence contributing to IT technical roadmap definition
  • Develop, maintain and administrate existing manufacturing IT applications to ensure conformance to SLA
  • Provide 24x7 operational support for manufacturing IT solutions

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Recognized Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of database (Oracle) and middleware technologies (TIBCO/RV)
  • Proficient in development software like C#, Xamarin for Mobile, or Tableau for Dashboard; and experience in SDLC
  • Working knowledge in Operating Systems and Databases like Unix, Windows, Oracle, SQL
  • At least 3-5 years of IT working experience in Factory Automation, Equipment Automation, or Manufacturing Execution fields
  • Practical experience in project management, FMEA, and risk assessment, and Business Process Re-engineering
  • Possesses a ‘hands-on’ approach towards work, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as a team player in a global setup
