Key Responsibilities :

Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations
Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
Completing store immersion
On Job Training: Observing and learning from experienced staff members
Gaining knowledge and implement company policies, culture, and processes.
Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the training program
Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings
Work with related teams to enable participation in online campaigns and that we are working in an Omnichannel approach with our stores and social selling channels.
Supporting the trade team, ensuring all core responsibilities are successfully actioned, managed and maintained across each of the On Job training area
Collaborate with team member in each function On Job training area placement
Regular communication with internal stakeholders to identify gap, opportunities and bring up creative ideas
Provide data analysis and reporting in each stage of learning area

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (any major) from reputable university with min. GPA > 3.5 (or equivalent)
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Maximum 24 years old
Having internship experience is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office
