Vice President, JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group, Indonesia

JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality division is a global business which partners with investors, owners and operators to support and shape investment strategies that deliver maximum value from commercial real estate. We are currently seeking a Vice President, JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group, Indonesia. This is a new role and is a permanent, full time position based in Jakarta, reporting into the heads of Hotel Investment Sales and Advisory & Asset Management in Singapore, as well as collaborating strongly with the JLL Country Head of Indonesia, and the various department heads in-country. JLL already has a strong track record in Indonesia and the focus of this role is to grow of this established base of credentials to significantly grow our revenues.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish JLL as the leading international hotel advisor in Indonesia.

Lead the business development for our hotel services with a primary focus on; investment sales, buyside advice, asset management, operator selection, consultancy, and valuation.

Once new assignments have been sourced; collaborate with the regional Hotels & Hospitality Group team on the execution of assignments in Indonesia.

Collaborate with the JLL Indonesia team to generate leads and refer business to other business lines under the One JLL approach.

Support the JLL Indonesia team in their CRM activities with key clients to generate additional business for JLL across all service lines.

Collaborate with JLL Indonesia business line heads – especially Capital Markets, Strategic Consulting and Valuation Advisory – to approach prospective clients for joint-assignments.

Drive thought leadership and research in the Indonesian hospitality sector in collaboration with the JLL Indonesia research team and the Hotels & Hospitality AP research team.

Proactively profile JLL in Indonesia through implementing an effecting BD, marketing, CRM, research and publications plan with the support of the wider business.

Establish yourself as one of the thought leaders in hotel investment in Indonesia through participating in, and speaking at leading industry events.

As a member of the extended leadership team in Indonesia, contribute to the growth of JLL.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Fluent in English and Indonesian.

7+ years working experience in hospitality real estate, finance or relevant consulting.

Task oriented and possesses a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering on goals.

Detail-oriented, with excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to work with others to achieve a common goal.

Strong analytical and financial analysis skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations.

Team player, organized, and strong communication skills.

Self-motivated and ability to multi-task.

Comfort in working independently and as part of a diverse regional team

You should enjoy working in a dynamic, multi-national environment and be comfortable contributing innovative ideas, insights and suggestions on how to improve the way we conduct, present and communicate our expertise. You should embrace the latest available technology tools as a leverage to source, prepare and deliver up-to-date, world-class data analytics to both internal and external stakeholders.
