1. Perform a variety of tasks to build an automation machine and equipment to support production process.
2. Supervise technicians, design and manufacturing process and solve problems with equipment during testing, and oversees proper equipment that suitable with the latest technology.
3. Recognizes and take steps to resolve operating problems in order to minimize impact on the operations.
4. Supervise automation and line tooling workshop.
5. Lead and participates in continuous improvements programs to promote facility growth and development.
