Job Description

A training centre in Tejakula (Buleleng) is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Center Manager in setting up a temporary and then a permanent office
  • Prepare and manage correspondence and documents
  • Assist the Center Manager and HR with permits, purchasing and general office work
  • Liaison with internal and external contacts
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements
  • Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Maintain schedules and calendars
  • Arrange and confirm appointments
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
  • Manage office space
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • At least 3 years experience as executive secretary or related
  • A fluency in Balinese is preferable
  • Willingness to live in North Bali
  • Willingness to undergo Living Values Education training
  • A passion for work and compassion for those less fortunate
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet, website)
  • Honest, trustworthy, detail-oriented, a team player but able to think independently and quickly
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Administration Assistant or related: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Executive Secretary or related: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
  • Balinese (Preferred)
