Planning and monitoring all company recruitment activities.

Collaborating with Universities and Career Centers and Community Development Team Leaders to obtain, maintain and utilize graduate data or candidate data.

Planning and monitoring the fulfillment of HR needs in the Man Power Plan, or on an ad-hoc basis through various possible recruitment media carried out by the recruitment staff.

Plotting activities related to employee development (training, seminars, Knowledge Sharing, Knowledge Management, etc.) and monitoring their implementation.

Monitoring the management and updating of all physical and electronic data of employees as a whole, including the management of HRIS.

Devising employee branding strategy and monitoring its implementation.

Designing and making compensation and benefit policies related to the creation of acceptance/transfer/promotion letters for employees.

Organizing and monitoring the KPIM process and Performance Assessment.

Supervise the HR team.
