About the Role
As a Social Media Lead, you'll be an instrumental cog in the Merchant Marketing wheel of Gojek and GoTo Financial - the team that develops campaigns that directly reinforces the company's mission to empower MSMEs continuously. Your main goal is to expand our Social Media base by sharing compelling stories about our merchants, consistently, while keeping on educating and nurturing our merchants through a soft-sell approach. Your efforts will further position Gojek and GoTo Financial, as part of the GoTo group, as the most preferred technology solutions for business owners.
What You Will Do
Boost Social Media Followers and create meaningful engagement across all brands’ assets
Manage Social Media Analytics Tools for analyzing and reporting
Manage KOL and agency to support product campaigns
Help manage budget and ensure the budget is spent effectively by designing a cost-efficient campaign
Collaborate with cross-functional teams; creative, media, communications, analytics, research, corporate affairs, product managers, and business strategy team throughout the campaign development process.
Help manage team members, including coaching and developing existing members and hiring and onboarding new members as needed
What You Will Need
At least 3 years of overall experience in social media marketing, brand management, content marketing, advertising, and other related fields
Strong knowledge in various marketing channels; social media, email marketing, Push Notifications, and other possible channels
Strong knowledge in PR and brand building
Comfortable using data to generate insights for designing social media campaigns
Strong project management, organized person, and have strong attention to details
Strong collaborative and communications traits, able to work with internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable in being part of a team to leading small
Proficiency in using spreadsheet (Google Sheet, Microsoft Excel) and presentation tools (Google Slide, Microsoft Powerpoint)
About the Team
Our Social Media team is a small but tight-knit group. Our main responsibility is to escalate social media excellence through thought-leadership strategy & executions. We drive meaningful & relevant merchant engagement in our social media accounts across all brands. We put our merchants as our customers first. What drives us together is our shared sense of creating impacts for the merchant. We are working on several projects now, and constantly expanding our knowledge to achieve our extremely ambitious goals.
As a team, we're concerned with the company's growth, and each other's personal growth and well-being, too; we enjoy bonding over our shared love of hobbies in several of our routine meetings. With WFH becoming more normalized, you best believe we've been sharing our favorite ways to prioritize a healthy work-life balance at home (Netflix marathons, anyone? ).
