SHE ADMINISTRATION


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and control SHE documents & report regarding safety compliance/activities across Branches & Business Unit
  • Ensure completeness of SHE Audit (internal & external) & Incident Investigation documents
  • Manage scheduling & agenda for all SHE Team
  • Improve self-competencies through relevant and effective training and development program


QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major
  • 2 year experience in administration/management
  • Experiance English both in oral and writing
  • Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software
  • In depth knowledge of office management
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Multi-tasking skill and Organizational Knowledge
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective Communication Skills & Good decision-making skills
