Job Description:
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests & complaints to meet the service level.
  • Coordinate with other divisions to resolve customer complaints.
  • Record the customer complaint and prepare the complaint reports on monthly basis.
  • Build strategies to have effective complaint handling.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in customer service/relation fields.
  • Computer literate of Ms. Office with intermediate-level skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent coordination skills.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
