Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience in the related field
Good understanding in computer systems and applications, mobile devices and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English both verbal and written Tanggung Jawab
Handle technical problem from user, as first level support, for hardware and software
Troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software
Manage & monitor the implementation of CRM system
Help tracking and managing the systems for sales & marketing team
