Introduction of the team :
SoundOn is a music distributor that allows musicians to distribute their music work directly to TikTok, Resso and other DSPs while musicians can enjoy 100% royalties. Our vision is to nurture the local independent artists by supporting them in promotions and career development.

Responsibilities
  • As the local representative of SoundOn business, to design and execute overall merchandise & ticketing strategies
  • Work closely with musicians and label partners, customize the client demands into monetization plans and maintain a positive relationship
  • Source vendors of gig & concert venues, merchandise, and related commercial models
Requirements
  • >3 years of experience in artist management and monetization
  • Adequate connections with commercial-related stakeholders, especially for venues and merchandise
  • Strong business negotiation skills and communication skills in different circumstances
  • Proficient oral English. English can be used as a working language
  • Passionate about music. Understand deeply the fandom behind the artists and music work
  • Prefer the candidate with strong business sense
