Job Description

Job Description: Prepare Invoice, Billing Plan, Collection:
  • Making a routine and non-routine invoices.
  • Make Billing plan in invoicing system (non SAP).
  • Make a warning letter to tenants who have not made payments along with fines.
  • Archiving invoices made (soft copy).
  • Archiving Letter Agreement from tenants, warning letters to tenants.
  • Follow-up payments to tenants.

Requirements:?
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office).
  • Have great communication skills.
  • Able to work fast with a deadline.
  • Willing to be placed in Menteng, Central Jakarta.
