Manage the entire task WHSP, including the compliance to company policy on people safety, health environment, production target on quantity and quality as well as product safety and first stage of equipment maintenance program.
Ensure the activities at WHSP run according to procedures and are recorded in detail.
Responsible of the proper utilization on facilities and resources.
Manage the team for running warehouse management of sparepart and building facility.
Ensure all analysis and report are made correctly and on time.

Minimum S1 Mechanical Engineering.
Skill management/scheduling is must.
Good communication skill, coordination skills and responsible.
Good analytic thinking, hardworking, and available to work under pressure.
Good interpersonal skill, flexible to learn new things, independent & initiative.
Care, concern, and able to work in a team or individual.
Computer literature and excellent in microsoft excel.
Fluent in English.

Competences and skills required:

Experience and have knowledge in equipment maintenance and sparepart warehouse management.
Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
Understanding environmental methods practice, principles, procedures and technique as applied.
Ability to prepare accurate reports on WHSP activities.
Ability to assist in administrative duties.
Sensitivity on safety, food safety and environment.
