Guest Relation Officer as a part of Customer Service field. You have to do daily tasks such as greeting customers, educate customer of our services, phone answering, allocate appointment using our system, take payment, open and close daily cashier operation and accomodating any reasonable request from our customer and have to ensure their satisfaction with us.
You also have to liaise and coordinate with therapist team so they could working with efficient time and make sure every appointment could be done with full of customer satisfaction.
