DBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology. With the spirit of OneTeam and PRIDE! Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W)

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-screening Payment, CBO and Loan Ops transactions and ensuring adherence to existing procedures and policies
  • To provide technical assistance to the customers and others units and to ensure all Ops transactions are processed and delivered to customers as per agreed service standards.
  • Preparing and checking documents with accuracy of at least 99.99%
  • Ensure no repeat audit findings and a minimum achievement of “Satisfactory” rating
  • Ensure all transactions are checked correctly and accurately as per Bank’s procedures, guidelines, and audit and within the agreed Service Level Agreement and any deviation is escalated to superior.
  • Ensure compliance with SOP (Standard Operations Procedures)
  • Ensure compliance of Government Regulatory, Audit Report and DBS Group regulations
  • To ensure call back is performed in case needed
  • To signature verified all application/instruction received
  • To ensure all transactions received within cut-off time are executed on the same day and reconciliation process is performed
  • To process all transactions in the highest efficiency and effective manners while maintaining the highest standard of service rendered to customers
  • Ensure handover process of the instructions to processing unit

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years
  • University Graduate from any discipline
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and high initiative
  • Customer service oriented
  • Able to work as a team
  • Promote Efficient Process
