Responsibilities :
Implement and oversee food safety policies and standards in Central Production Facility (CPF) and outlets to meet highest hygiene and quality standard
Plan, manage, monitor both internal and external regular audit for CPF & outlets
Conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments.
Conduct food vendor hygiene and quality audit for existing vendors, new/prospective vendors to comply with FSQ highest standard
Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs for employees and provide FSQ education to suppliers/vendors.
Plan, coordinate and direct all regulatory compliance, laboratory, food safety, and quality programs to ensure compliance with customer, supplier, and government requirements and expectations
Control, compile, update, store documentation relating to HACCP, ISO, and Quality Food Safety
Directing related parties to implement document control correctly
Plan and organize annual laboratory testing by 3rd party for CPF and outlets
Conduct preparation for HACCP, GMP, Halal and other certification
Ensure GMP implementation and monitoring
Monitoring QC & QA team performance
Plan, execute and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product
Create various SOPs and ensure consistency across the different functions in operations
Supports investigation and troubleshooting of quality, food safety and/or regulatory issues
Develop improvement on food safety management system.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Industrial, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
At least 7 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position,
Preferably Manager specialized in Retail/Manufacturing/Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
In depth knowledge of Quality Assurance System of Food & Beverage manufacturing, QMS, ISO, HACCP and Food Safety
Having knowledge about standardization requirements of food company (GMP, HACCP, BPOM, SJH / HAS 23000, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 & FSSC)
Knowledge of food technology, food microbiology, safe food handling procedures and food service sanitation practices
Strong experience of implementing GMP of Prerequisite Program for food safety, Quality Assurance System, HACCP, Food Safety Management System, Quality Management System, performing line & product validation, Good Laboratory Practice, sanitary engineering & sanitary design, handling customer complaint, performing internal quality audit, as well as performing risk assessment of non-conformance quality process and product for quality status decision
Understand SAP System or other similar system especially for Quality Management module
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skill
Good communication skill, strong analytical, and critical thinking skill
Willing to be stationed in Cikupa, Tangerang and travel to outlets
Ensures compliance with management contract and reporting requirements.
