Regional Product Manager – TradeLens
The Regional TradeLens Product Manager is the product representative for their respective areas. They build trust and robust partnerships with other Maersk teams (functional and products), GTD, IBM and customers. They collaborate closely with customers to identify current and future needs and provide them with the right digital solution to grow their business
Reporting to Regional Product Manager as an Individual Contributor.
Job Responsibilities:
Product SME
Subject Matter Expert for the assigned areas
Rollout new product features, include training and implementation
Develop regional/area strategic projects, drive integration with Maersk products
Provide product expertise in meetings with customers and account owners
Business Development
Responsible for Go-To-Market activities for assigned areas
Manage all sales opportunities, work closely and provide support to Sales team from qualification to close-win
Active participation in customer meetings (jointly with sales and CX)
Undertake go to market forecasting according to TradeLens geographical expansion
Manage sales process until handover to onboarding team.
Support TradeLens Development
Feedback to CEN and GTD for product development and innovation :
Keep up to date on industry relevant trends and innovation
Region and area requirements needed by the customers
Region and area network requirements
Share customer feedback and requirements with Global TradeLens team to support product development and commercial strategy.
Qualifications:
6 years experience in commercial or Business Development
5 years software solution sales, presales and consulting experience
3 years project management/implementation experience
Supply Chain experience
Education: Information Technology graduate, software solutions background
Creating added value for the customer and ABB and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
Monitor the approved budget for local advertising.
Responsible for the control of the advertising and promotional budgets and accountable for all expenditureâ¦
