Job Description

In order to support the Industrial Engineering department at our factory in Kumanovo, we are searching for highly motivated professionals who are ready to face the challenges of the international markets with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:

Implement technical changes on product and processes from the operational area's point of view, by taking into consideration of cost, deadline and quality requirements, as the general requirements set by company Change Management authorities
Coordinate relevant planning parameters with departments
Determine suggestions for production-compliant design of parts and makes design changes as required
Coordinate drawing contents with the department, taking into account a production- and installation ready form
Integrate, monitor and analyze production tests
Cooperate in internal and external complaints on process and product failures due to non-conform changes

Profile:

Technical University Degree
DRX working experience at least 1 year
Knowledge of internal DRX data software, HOST, MES DOC, Digital drawings archive Plossys, Change Management Harness (CMH), Encore
Operations research, ISO and TS IATF related standards
Advanced knowledge of English language, medium knowledge of German will be considered as advantage
Computer literacy in MS Office Package
