What Will You Do:
Support the planning and execute monthly Marketing promotional campaigns
Manage alignment with HappyFresh Supermarket stakeholders, including Commercial, Supply-Demand, and Store Managers
Support local thematic campaigns and do analysis on media performance
Creating, improving, and maintaining content and promotion on daily basis to achieve our business goals
Monitor complaints and resolve content/promo-related issues while working closely with Operations and Tech teams
Improving search and content experience for users so as to enable them to find the right assortment
Monitoring web and app traffic metrics to identify best practices
What Will You Need:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant area
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalistic, or Media. If you do not have those background but have experience in content and data, we also want to talk to you
Sound knowledge of MS Excel
Detail-oriented and great communication skills
An aptitude to learn new tools and self-motivated
Sound understanding of E-commerce business
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
