You will provide leadership + direction to your teams at a Branch level with a focus on customer engagement, commercial activities along with troubleshooting with your functional teams.
Your Role
Your primary objectives will be to lead the strategic development of the assigned branches, ensuring its overall effectiveness + profitability as evidenced in your PnL. You will take the lead in commercial activities to leverage your existing product portfolio + services by developing new accounts while maintaining existing partnerships, leaving the management of daily sea + air logistics operational tasks with our Operational Care Centers (OCC).
Your Responsibilities
Depending on local structures, this role may take direct responsibility for the Customer Care Team in the same location.
To ensure that branch profitability is maximized by ensuring that all customer engagement activities are delivered to the highest levels ensuring that you step into issue resolution as + when required.
To ensure that various key performance indicators + are monitored/maintained whether this is related to Human Resources, Finance or Customer Care Location activities, including ensuring that compliance/statutory report requirements are maintained at the highest levels at all times.
To ensure that all reporting requirements whether internal or external are met + that quality data is presented.
To partner with Human Resources across all people matters, ensuring you are attracting, developing + retaining talent.
To represent the company in relation to any required regulatory functions.
Your Skills and Experiences
Strong leadership skills
Strong focus on customer + stakeholder relationships
Ideally, youâll have a minimum of 2 years middle management experience, and previous experience working in luxury hotels with the proven track record.
