Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Searching & screening for potential candidates in internal and external sourcing channels
  • Managing pre-screening interviews via phone
  • Scheduling the 1st interview session with our Talent Acquisition
  • Sending rejection letters to all rejected candidates via email
  • Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects

Requirements

  • Final year students or Fresh Graduate from any major are welcome to apply
  • Having internship experience in recruitment field is a plus
  • Knowledge about tech industry
  • Excellent communication, good critical thinking, growth mindset and fast-paced
  • Able to work effectively in a remote setting (WFA)
