We are looking for a Head of Temp Recruitment to head and develop temp recruitment business at Monroe Consulting Group
The role is to win clients and help the clients reduce time to hire by providing highly-quality candidates in timely manner including payroll management. This will also include to work with team to source, interview and select qualified job candidates for our clients.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience winning big scale recruitment projects and filling a variety of jobs for different departments and seniority levels.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct and win sales meetings with clients
Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them
Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates and SLA
Create proposal and pricing strategy
Coordinate and create framework for the delivery team to be able delivering the project according to the SLA
Make sure the job ads are published in careers pages, job boards and social media
Source and contact passive clients and candidates
Build strong network within the industry
Screen resumes and job applications
Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
Report and update clients on hiring status
Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
Keep detailed records of past applicants information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations
Requirements include
Proven work experience as a successful recruiter in temp staffing business with more than 10 years experience in the industry, experience in regional market will be a plus.
Ability to manage delivery team on the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and group interviews
Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Solid organisational and time-management abilities
