Job Description

PT ALVASTA TEKNOLOGI is a professional distributor of world class industrial automation products which includes the world famous brands such as MOXA, Advantech, Planet, Draytek, Blackbox etc. We focus on various vertical markets such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Factory Automation and Railway Technology. We are looking for a young executive to join our dynamic and challenging as Staff Warehouse.


Responsibility :

  • Handle all documents for export / import process
  • Coordinate and liaise with supplier, customer, custom agent, forwarder on delivery schedule and ensure timely delivery
  • Arrange and manage courier shipment
  • Carry out the procedures for receiving and issuing goods
  • Conduct periodic stock checks (stock opname)
  • Carry out packaging of goods and prepare for delivery of goods
  • Administration, making reports and other tasks related to warehouse and logistics.


Requirements:


  • Female
  • Minimum 2 years experience.
  • Hold at least a D3 from any major
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient on basic computer programs: MS Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Having high sense of responsibility, good initiative, eagerness to learn, and pay attention to detail
  • Well-organized and able to work independently as well as in a team
