Job Description
  • The main duty is to create/collate all policies and procedures for SA with the help of Principals and Academic Heads.
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and implementation of policies and procedures to support the delivery of the School’s academic portfolio, keeping abreast of developments in the sector to ensure the School is in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide full secretarial support for School-level committees, and for ad hoc working groups. This includes proactively drafting agendas and papers, taking minutes, and ensuring that actions are managed and advanced.
  • Working with the Director of Schools and Academic Leadership team to coordinate central annual monitoring processes and provision of information where appropriate.
  • Support external review processes, working closely with review teams and providing additional assistance where required.
  • Assist in researching and analyzing information from a range of sources to contribute to the preparation of reports for presentation at committees and/or to senior staff.
  • Work with the rest of the team to ensure that the website is up to date and that communications from the team are disseminated in a clear and timely manner.
  • Continuously develop and maintain key publications associated with the School’s academic portfolio, such as handbooks and guidance notes.
  • Support the provision of information about the quality of the School’s academic portfolio (and associated quality processes), in line with both internal and external requirements.
  • Encouraging change and improvement in performance and quality also others have some great insight about data management, which can be supported by IT.
  • To analyse the school’s academic data, including exam results, report grades, attendance figures and other specific academic areas.
  • Create, oversee and develop the school’s use of data for the Senior Leadership Team and auditing by external bodies
  • Produce clear, concise, accurate information to support Senior Leaders in raising standards of performance in school including under achieving students
  • Support the Curriculum Officer with general administration tasks as directed

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in ICT / business administration.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Very good English and Bahasa Language skills
  • Experience of working in a data management capacity within education.
  • Experience in producing accurate data for reporting and assessment.
  • Experience in forming and maintaining network relationships.
  • Information gathering and analysis.
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and good communication skills.
  • Ability to work to professional standards, develop effective working relationships, and make judgments, and influence others through persuasion/discussion.
  • Ability to be self-motivated, flexible, and well organized to manage, at times, unpredictable and variable workloads.
