Responsibilities

  • To explain and promote IT products via outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide prompt and accurate information to customer inquiries.
  • Provide excellent service to existing and potential customers.
  • To achieve daily call and monthly call KPIs.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
  • Native indonesia with preferably 1 year of IT Telesales OR B2B experience. Sales-driven and able to work in fast pace environment.
  • Location Penang.
