Responsibilities

Lead Production (Sewing) department to achieve the targeted production output and fulfill company’s quality requirements.
To follow production line schedule and coordinate with relevant department in order to meet shipment date.
Manage and monitor production lines process, progress and quality control
Monitor all production target, check quality report and rectify any quality issue immediately
Maintaining good relationship with the suppliers for smooth and fault free production

Requirements

Must have same experience in Garment Industry field, experience in lingerie and underwear production is preferred.
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia & English (passive)
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
Able to work under pressure, independently & deadline oriented
Creative, self-motivated, clean and neat individual.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects is required.
Detail oriented and good team player
Already based in Badung, Bali

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Salary: Rp3,000,000 - Rp3,500,000 per month
