  • Make plans and evaluate performance for customer service operations

  • Check with warehouse for customer support
  • Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 5 years as Customer Service Manager in MNC electronic company (electronic for entertainment)
・Able to multitask, good communication, dynamic, good work ethics, good personality, smart
