About the Role


It's said that a company is only as great as the people who embody the mission of the organization. As a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team at the Holding company, you’ll be an instrumental cog in the Recruiting wheel of our GoTo Group. Driving the efforts and recruiting strategies for diverse roles at the group level, you'll network with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and reduce our time-to-hire and act as a strategic advisor on hiring decisions.

What You Will Do

  • Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs.
  • Own and drive the intake meetings, interview team kick-off, & debrief process for candidates
  • Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment & interviewing salary proposal, and offer management
  • Build sustainable talent pipelines in niche areas to support the future and current needs of the business
  • Create and maintain relationships with other business and HR functions through strategic partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources
  • Work with the Compensation & Benefits team on recruiting strategy

What you will Need

  • Should at least have 3 years of end to end recruiting experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Works with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently and actively within a team environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
