This function will be reporting to the Operation Director – Firmenich Aromatics Indonesia and will be based in Firmenich Manufacturing – Karawang Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate one or more of the following Categories of Production Schedule Activities and may have additional tasks within each:
Review open process order to determine customer requirement based on priority
Review process order and arrange a fixed schedule for production min. 3 days ahead, and make sure all materials are checked and available
Coordinate delivery of parts to expedite flow of material to meet production schedule
Release Process Order to production
Coordinate/expedite production to ensure schedules are achieved
Notify sales order of any schedule impacts to customer
Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Coordinate with production and quality to monitoring sample
Completes status report, such as production progress and sample progress
We Value:
Has minimum 2 years of production planning/schedule experience in related industry
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques. for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
Ability to interact well with internal stakeholder (Production, QC, WH, Logistic, Customer Care, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English effectively
Proficient use of computer systems and software applications (Excel, Ms. Word, Power Point, etc.)
In‐depth knowledge of ERP or MRP software preferred
Minimum diploma degree but bachelor’s degree is preferable
Familiar with SAP system specially a Production Planning module
Positive work attitude, structured, and Organized
Able to multitask and complete multiple requests on time
Developing analytical skills with problem solving ability
