Job Description

Build relationships with prospective clients (Sales with brand)

Plan and maintain consistent contact with existing clients

Manage sales pipeline

Analyze market and establish competitive advantages

Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Min 1 - 2 years of experience as business development in an agency industry and/or start up environment experience is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Communication/Advertising

Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing and demonstrated sales success

Experience as a Junior/ Senior/ Manager

Experience in creative agency/ buyer as a Planner/ Strategic

Intermediate to advance in using MS Power Point

Intermediate in using MS Excel

Familiar and good at concept proposals and ideas

Strong negotiation skills

Strong analytical and planning skills;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to harness financial data to inform decision

Must be number-oriented, eager to achieve financial goals & exceed in performance
