CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
(6 MONTHS CONTRACT)
The Role
To support all tasks and activities from delivery to invoicing, following with service mindset to fulfil customers’ needs pertaining to delivery as follows:
Handle custom clearance related matter and documentation at destination.
Liaise with courier on shipment related issues
Upload e-invoicing to the government portal.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
Work closely with distribution centre, sales support centre and value centre to resolve any delivery related issues.
Possible extension beyond 6 months or conversion to permanent position.
Your Profile
Diploma in Business Administration/Engineering/relevant areas.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service operations, preferably with Indonesia’s custom clearance experience.
Fluent in English language.
Candidate must have the legal right to live and work in Indonesia.
