In this role you will be responsible for the end to end planning & execution of our livestream initiatives supporting our ongoing e-commerce campaign. Join us as we drive the future of e-commerce here at TikTok.
Responsibilities:
Engage & contact with Celebrity, local Artist, Top KOL, Community Influencers to join TikTok E-Commerce Program (Affiliate Videos & LIVE Streaming)
Manage influencers to be active and give guidance to creators in order to improve their performance on E-commerce Program
Collaborate with MCN Talent Agency to make content production for E-Commerce Program
Responsible for the operation performance of key metric, complete related data analysis to help optimize operation
Capability to plan and implement online & offline E-Commerce live campaign.
Qualifications
Seasoned individual with certain operation experiences with Talent Management, LIVE Streaming, and MCN of KOL in Entertainment, fashion & beauty, food, and lifestyle. Coming from E-Commerce background or sales background is more preferable
Seasoned individual with certain operation experiences with Talent Management, LIVE Streaming, and MCN of KOL in Entertainment, fashion & beauty, food, and lifestyle. Coming from E-Commerce background or sales background is more preferable
Able to manage complicated programs, understand the needs of celebrities and good at scouting and cultivating Big KOL/Influencer, with a successful case will be a plus
Outstanding communication skills, good at negotiation, presentation and problem-solving, enjoy communication with users and deliver daily support with strong user-driven mindset
Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brain-storming
Be enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven and efficient, can work under pressure
The St. Regis Jakarta Hotel and Residences will be part of a mixed used development that comprises of office and branded residences including the hotel.
Excellent written, oral and electronic communication skills.
