Responsible for overall operations strategy and for ensuring operational excellence and fulfilment of customer Service Level Agreements
Direct and manage NTC Specific strategic plans, policies, programs, and projects for providing the network and site infrastructure, and passive and power equipment support and related services. Drive Health and Safety in all aspect of the company’s business and operations
Ensure operations and service excellence with timely delivery of network development projects and maintain network quality and availability for achieving level of service to customers in accordance with corporate business targets.
Key Accountabilities
Manage the Operations team in achieving operation and service excellence, and driving key initiatives strategized by the management. Ensure deliverables to customers per SLA
Establish an effective operational management team and succession planning by recruiting, developing and motivating the employees
Responsible the Business Continuity including the development, review, and certification of all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plan, emergency response plans and procedures
Operations Management:
Develop and execute the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance plan and schedule
Address critical operational issues as highlighted by the Support team, identify possible risks and develop mitigation actions and potential solution to problems
Manage site issues (site owners, access facilities, damages, protests, local council etc.)
Manage Site renewals and permits on timely and most cost-effective way
Work with the Service Excellence team and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Manage and execute cost reduction initiatives. Ensure that the regional activities are carry out in a cost-effective manner
Manage vendors and contractors to ensure timely deliverables. Review and provide authorization of all contractor related activities. Monitor and control vendor payment process, identify issues proactively and give solutions timely to ensure the operations continuation
Manage and perform fleet/asset management and material management at optimum, efficient and cost effective. Update and maintain regional asset inventory and movements in system accurately and up to date
Prepare management reports and provide progress update on a regular basis
Ensure that the site files are maintained as per prescribed standards
EHSE Compliance. Ensure all region activities comply with Edotco HSE requirements.
Establish necessary and appropriate relationships and engagements with client.
Site Management:
Prepare and manage plan, schedule end-to-end site acquisition and engineering deployment initiatives for both new and existing sites
Monitor progress on timely rental payments and provide updates to the Finance team
Engineering Deployment and Infrastructure Development:
Ensure timely completion of civil infrastructure development of the sites as per the approved design
Ensure quality standards of network development activities
Provide support and advise to the Engineering Deployment team to handle and mitigate challenges and issues
Sales and Corporate Affairs related Scope of Work:
Work closely with private entities or government agencies to secure exclusive building access for edotco to develop IBS and rooftop stations.
Develop new business opportunities by offering state or corporate agencies usage of edotco stations for surveillance, security, advertisement and announcement purposes.
Represent edotco at legislative sessions, committee meetings or formal functions
Drive key environmental (e.g. aesthetic structure and green energy) and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Implement CSR activities with guidance from HQ - Tower to community, wifi, Joint state/SBC/MCMC initiatives.

Health and Safety team on health and safety practices, and accidents/incidents reporting
Service Excellence team on process improvement and operational efficiency related matters
Engineering team of energy management, B2S, COLO, Upgrade Projects and redeployment initiatives
Finance team on land lease related matters, maintenance cost and billings
Site Management team on land lease related matters
Legal team on land lease related matters
Sales team on sales opportunities
Corporate Affairs team on CSR activities and state liaison matters
External
Telco customers on SLA and monthly reconciliation
Partner, Consultants, vendors and suppliers on tower infrastructure support and maintenance
Site owners, land owners, local authorities on premises management, public utility agencies for bill reconciliation.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Telecommunications or similar from a recognised university
Master’s degree in Business or similar from a recognised university would be preferred
10 years or more relevant telecom experience with 7 years in the operations domain of telecommunications industry
3 years or more of Mid-Senior to Senior Management experience in Telecom Company/MNC/Tower co would be preferred
Knowledge of Site Acquisition, Site Deployment and Site O&M processes
Knowledge of Telecommunications Site Infrastructure technology, equipment, passive and power systems and operations
Knowledge of accounting principles
