Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of Multinational Consumer Goods Company.
Our respected client is seeking a Head of Manufacture with a minimum of 8+ years experience in Manufacturing Management.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage all the five manufacturing plants with responsibility to manufacture and service almost 400 different types of products
  • Ensure successful and profitable operation of the plants with turnover of IDR 3.5 trillion
  • Lead, direct and monitor every aspect of production with strong cross-functional leadership
  • Develop manufacturing strategy of long and short-range planning, policies, and programs
  • Identify and mitigate risks in manufacturing that could adversely impact project outcomes and timely delivery of product to customers
  • Ensure that structure and staffing of manufacturing department is adequate to meet department objectives
  • Lead a team of four direct subordinates and almost 2,500 supervisors and workmen
  • Define, implement and optimise manufacturing schedules and resourcing
  • Be responsible for all operational costs and ensure improvement in key costs metrics
  • Ensure improvement in delivered quality of all products
  • Ensure improvement in safety standards and environment compliance of the plants
  • Play key role in delivering manufacturing strategy and project execution of all new products
  • Identify and implement various low-cost automation ideas to reduce costs/ improve quality
  • Establish and maintain training requirements for manufacturing team

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant technical discipline (engineering/mechanical/electrical)
  • Preferably having experience in fast moving consumer goods industry with at least 7 years demonstrated experience in a leadership role in production operations and Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing the entire operations of a large manufacturer
  • Demonstrable experience of leading a manufacturing function with a proven track record in strategic manufacturing leadership delivering effective manufacturing strategies, policies, processes and systems
  • Individual must be self-motivated and the ability to lead and motivate others not in direct line of responsibility
  • Strong leadership with excellent analytical skills and interpersonal
