  • Data collection, database maintenance, and monitoring key property market indicators
  • Analyse the underlying fundamentals that affect the development of the real estate market
  • Work closely with other internal departments to keep track of key market trends and on specific projects as required
  • Support the development and delivery of the industry-leading Real Estate Intelligence Service
  • Assist in consulting projects
  • Contribute to the Firm's local, regional and global research publications
  • Provide required supports to the Research team’s internal research activities
