As Villa Host, you create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. You will be responsible for looking after guest’s villa and take personal responsibility for ensuring the guests met their needs so that they enjoy a memorable stay at Alila Villas Uluwatu. You take a proactive approach to ensuring guest satisfaction and follow up on any guest requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar
Professional experience with Front Office, Food & Beverage Service or Housekeeping
Well-groomed, discreet, trustworthy, tactful, honest, hard-working, proficient and sincere
Calm and confident manner for creating a serene atmosphere for internal and external guests
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)
