Job Description

The work schedule for this job will be 8pm to 1am local Indonesia time, Monday to Friday.

About us

  • Nevy’s Language is an online platform for English language classes. We bring together learners and teachers of the English language for online, group classes on our platform.
  • Our students are adult immigrants of different backgrounds in North America.
  • We are a startup that has been around for 2 years and have grown to a team of 8.

Products

  • We have a platform that includes a virtual classroom environment, learning management system and billing administration for both the students and teachers.
  • Our platform is built on Salesforce sites and includes a variety of Visualforce pages connected to our NPSP-based customized app.

Role

  • You will be our Salesforce developer that will build new pages and features for our external users (students and teachers) and build automations for our internal teams.
  • You would work closely with our Sales, Support and Teachers Affairs. You will report to one person only.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related major
  • Salesforce certifications preferred: Developer I, Developer II, Platform App Builder and Administrator
  • 5+ years of experience developing and deploying applications on Salesforce
  • 5+ years of development experience in a non-corporate environment. Must be experience with freelance and preferably with startups
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience in Visualforce page experience, Apex programming, Declarative programming (Flows), Salesforce sites, Lightning web components, Asynchronous programming (batch classes), Third-party integrations (REST API) and deployment experience (permissions and profiles, etc.).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript is desirable
  • Experience with Github for version control

Project experience

  • Experience building learning management systems (LMS)
  • Experience building internal and customer facing sites
  • Experience building portals such as student portals and education portals

Contract

  • 6 months
  • 20-25 hours per week (4-5 hours daily)
  • The work schedule for this job will be 8pm to 1am local Indonesia time, Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: Rp13,000,000 per month
